Every week, Demo Food Pantry shares fresh food and everyday essentials with families across Austin — no cost, no questions asked. Whether you're between paychecks or walking through a hard season, you're welcome here. Come as you are, leave with a few days of groceries, and know that your neighbors are glad you came.
What you'll find
Seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farms and gardens.
Rice, beans, pasta, canned goods, bread, and shelf-stable basics.
Diapers, soap, toothpaste, and cleaning supplies, as available.
Open to everyone — we never ask for paperwork or proof of need.
Shop grocery-style and take the items your family will actually use.
Pantry hours
Stop by during any distribution — there's no need to sign up ahead.
Closed on major holidays. Homebound? Ask about volunteer delivery on Thursdays.
Ways to help
Drop non-perishables at the church office, Monday–Friday, 9a–4p.
Sort, stock, and welcome guests — shifts are two hours, all ages welcome.
Businesses and groups can host a food drive or sponsor a distribution.
